If you want to take your yoga practice outside, East Side Yoga has a season of rooftop classes coming up that'll make it fun and easy. When the weather warms up to a consistent 70 to 85 degrees, the yoga instructors lead their pupils up to the rooftop for a Vinyasa-style flow in the warm DC sunshine. Some nights, you're even invited to BYO wine or beer and stick around for a rooftop happy hour with your fellow yogis.
Regardless of the weather outside, East Side Yoga always offers a large slate of indoor classes to suit all interests and levels of ability. Stop by for a Slow + Sweaty session to unwind after a long day at the office. Try the restorative session when you'd rather stretch and breathe, not necessarily work up a sweat. You can also embark on a more challenging workout at East Side Yoga. The local studio has something for everyone. Back To Blog
