The chef at Bacco Italian + Wine Bar turns a simple plate of pasta into a work of art. The paccheri granchio starts with a canvas of large-tubed pasta, upon which the chef arranges plump red cherry tomatoes,vibrant green arugula, and tender crab. Lemon zest and spicy breadcrumbs serve as the final flourish.
In the mood for something a little more decadent? Try the lobster ravioli in a saffron cream sauce with asparagus tips or the paccheri matriciana with pancetta, bacon, parmesan, and marinara. The kitchen team also crafts seafood- and meat-forward dishes, like the pan-seared sea scallops and chianti-braised short ribs, not to mention antipasti and flatbreads perfect for pairing with a glass of wine. BACCO currently offers limited indoor and outdoor dining with social-distancing precautions in place, as well as curbside pickup and delivery.
